How can counselling help you?
Sometimes life can be especially stressful mentally and emotionally. Are you finding it hard to cope or finding it difficult to make decisions? Are you aware that you just don't feel right? Perhaps the colour has gone out of your life?
I will be alongside you to help you to explore your issues and find out what's going on under the surface. You won't be judged or given advice but gently heard, supported and maybe occasionally challenged. In time, you should emerge stronger, more positive and more self-aware.

During this session, I will also try to answer any questions you might have and will discuss with you my way of working. Sessions are usually held once a week and last fifty minutes.
Fees are £40 per session.
Telephone counselling
In this busy world, telephone counselling might be the answer for you. You would be assured of my undivided attention. I listen not only to what you say but also to your voice, the tone and the intonation. One special advantage is that I can be reached from wherever you are in the world.
